Personal information
Contains the information entered during registration and additional fields (messengers). In order to personally confirm the relevance of the ordered payment via Telegram, you must activate the option "I want to confirm ordered payments via Telegram", and then link your TG account to our bot @JUDDYCHATBOT. Also, such confirmation allows you to cancel an erroneously ordered payment without the participation of the system administrator. We strongly recommend that you link your account, since in addition to confirming payments, the bot allows you to:
- chat with the manager without logging into the Juddy system;
- receive notifications about reaching the limits;
Change password
You can change your password at any time, for your safety, we recommend using complex passwords: the password must contain from 8 to 30 characters, including at least 2 lowercase letters, 2 uppercase and 2 numbers.
